As a general rule, the bigger the TV, the more important its upscaling is going to be.
Issues that aren’t apparent on a 42-inch 4K panel will be terribly obvious on a 65-inch or larger.

If you have web connection congestion, the bitrate can drop and make those issues even more apparent.
But with good picture processing your TV can spot those issues and fix them in real time.
