This is still incredibly fastbut, it’s not what’s promised on the box.
Could that change with BIOS or firmware updates, sure.
But it’s not like other PCIe 5.0 drives like theCrucial T705aren’t hitting close to 14,500MB/s.
It also falls about 17% behind the Corsair MP700 Elite PCIe 5.0 SSD on this benchmark as well.
All that said, the other major problem with this drive is its price.
This drive is for you.
You’re better off getting the 990 Pro.
