For the past month, Ive been using a productivity app calledOne Sec.
This has been revolutionary for me.
This gets sobering very quickly.
The brain adapts to this new behavior and loses interest in social media as a resource of quick dopamine.
Put simply, if its more effort to open Instagram, I lose interest in doing so.
